• If a product is found damaged during handing over, we will refund the whole money or provide another fresh product with in 7 – 10 working days.
  • If the product has been damaged in your responsibility; we will be unable to offer a warranty.
  • If the Product is damaged any modification, will lose the warranty claim.
  • If you find issues with our product within 10 working days you will get a replacement warranty. (First, we will try to solve the problem, if it can’t be solved, we will replace it).
  • In the case of pre-order, if our customers failed to take the product within 60 days, the problem will be solved through discussion. We serve our customers giving the highest priority.
  • In case of pre-order if Tech Diversity fails to hand over the product within 60 days, we will refund you.
  • If you find issues with our product within 7 – 10 working days you will get a replacement warranty. (First, we will try to solve the problem, if it can’t be solved, we will replace it).
